Learn to balance upside down safely, step by step

Headstand — or Salamba Shirshasana in Sanskrit — is often called the king of asanas.

This powerful inversion invites you to see the world from a new perspective, lift your energy, and build greater confidence and inner strength. That’s why I would love to accompany you on your personal journey toward a safe and stable headstand practice.

It All Starts with the Foundation

In this program, you will learn how to practice headstand safely and sustainably.

We begin where every strong headstand begins: with the foundation.

In the first videos, we focus entirely on building strength and awareness in the arms, shoulders, and core. You will gradually develop the mobility, control, and understanding needed to approach the pose safely.

You’ll also learn:

  • how to enter headstand with control

  • proper alignment and stability

  • the benefits of inversion practice

  • how to protect your neck and shoulders

 

And one important thing:

There is absolutely no jumping into headstand in this program.

Jumping into the pose can place unnecessary pressure on the neck and often leads to instability and poor alignment. Instead, you’ll learn how to lift into the posture with strength, control, and confidence.

 

4 Videos + 6 Months Access

When you sign up, you receive immediate access to all 4 program videos.

You can practice from home, at your own pace, and revisit the videos as often as you like.

Your access includes: 

  • 4 guided training videos (around 30 minutes each)
  • 6 months access to the full content library

  • personal support from Hanne throughout your journey

How to Work with the Program

The program is designed to be followed step by step.

For the best experience, move through the videos slowly and give your body time to integrate the movements and build strength.

Suggested approach

 

  1. Start with Video 1

  2. Repeat it until the movements feel natural and familiar

  3. Continue to Video 2 and repeat the process:

  4. Move forward gradually through Videos 3 and 4

 

It is recommended to watch and practice each video at least twice before continuing to the next one.

Who Is This Program For?

This program is suitable for:

Beginners who: 

  • are completely new to headstand

  • want to learn safely from the beginning

as well as: 

Experienced practitioners who:

  • already practice headstand

  • want more stability, alignment, and control in the pose


Important Health Information

This program is not suitable for everyone.

In headstand, the neck and head carry part of the body’s weight. If you currently experience neck pain, injuries, or medical concerns, it is important to consult your doctor before participating.

Please listen honestly to your body and practice responsibly.
 

Contraindications

Headstand practice may not be suitable if you have:

  • neck or back injuries

  • high blood pressure

  • weak blood vessels

  • eye pressure or glaucoma

  • heart disease

  • severe neck tension

  • significant excess body weight that may overload the neck and head

Like many inversion practices, headstand is generally not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation.

If you are unsure whether this program is appropriate for you, please seek medical advice before participating.

  • you are responsible for your own practice and wellbeing

  • you will practice mindfully and within your limits

  • Option 1 — Headstand Program (One-Time Access) 69 CHF in total

This is a one-time purchase for focused, structured learning.

Includes:

  1. Immediate access to all program videos

  2. 6 months access to the Headstand content library

  3. Personal support from Hanne


This option is ideal if you want to focus specifically on building a safe and stable headstand practice over a defined period.

 

  • Option 2 — Hanne On Demand Membership 29 CHF per month

This is a flexible monthly membership that gives you ongoing access to the full platform.

Includes:
 

  1. Full access to the Headstand program (included)

  2. Unlimited access to all yoga & barre classes 

  3. New yoga and barre classes added regularly

  4. Option to cancel anytime
     

This option is ideal if you want variety, continuous practice, and the freedom to explore more than just headstand training.

Simple difference:

69 CHF → focused 6-month access to the Headstand program only
