200H Yoga Teacher Training
Enrich your practice and your life.
November 2025 - June 2026
It sometimes feels magical how an incredible yoga class can deeply affect you. But of course, it’s not magic—it’s the result of skilled craftsmanship and solid education. Behind every transformative yoga practice lies the dedication to learning and mastering the principles of alignment, breathwork, meditation, sequencing, and teaching techniques.
This transformative teacher training is designed to guide you through the full spectrum of yoga’s profound teachings—far beyond asana. We’ll dive deep into philosophy, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, and of course, asana with a focus on alignment and hands-on techniques. You'll gain powerful tools to elevate your practice and create “magical” yoga classes, should teaching others be your calling.
We will explore timeless yoga philosophy, uncovering wisdom that brings clarity, balance, and purpose into your own life. This journey will help you cultivate a thriving state of being, raising your vibration and enhancing your connection to yourself and others.
Key pillars of this training will be the practice of Tapas (the disciplined pursuit of growth) and Svadhyaya (self-study). These components will be ever-present throughout our time together, serving as vital elements. Tapas inspires us to embrace effort and commitment as tools for growth, while self-study allows us to reflect inwardly and gain profound insight into our thoughts, patterns, and tendencies.
Additionally, we will cultivate other essential qualities, including patience, compassion, and humility. These attributes not only enrich our yoga practice but also empower us to navigate life with greater resilience, clarity, and balance. Together, they foster deep awareness, authenticity, and a connection to our highest selves—qualities that are invaluable for both teaching and living yoga as a way of life.
Whether you dream of teaching yoga to others or simply embrace it as a path of personal transformation, this training will empower you to live yoga and create impact.

Hanne Mogensen
Hanne has been teaching yoga since 2013 and is the founder of FlowFabrik Yoga & Movement Studio in Winterthur, Switzerland. She began her journey with a 200-hour training with Olive Ssembuze in Zurich and later completed a 300-hour advanced training with Stephen Thomas at Air Yoga. Her continued education includes certifications in Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and an ongoing 75-hour Somatic Yoga Teacher Training with Brett Larkin.
With thousands of hours of teaching experience, Hanne is known for her clear instruction, functional approach to anatomy, and emphasis on breath and body awareness. She teaches a range of styles—Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial—and brings philosophical themes into her classes in an accessible and grounded way.
In addition to her yoga teaching, Hanne has lectured in mindfulness at a distance learning university in Zurich. This academic role supports and deepens her integrated approach, enriching both the practical and theoretical aspects of her teaching.
Hanne leads more than 70% of the training, ensuring consistency and depth throughout the program.
Simona Scheiber
Simona is a physiotherapist and certified yoga teacher with a broad background in movement science and holistic health. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from ZHAW Winterthur and has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali. Dora Kolacskovszi
Dora is a multifaceted yoga teacher with a foundation in holistic movement, somatic practice, and bodywork. After completing a 250-hour training with Yoga Moves in Zurich in 2016, followed by a 150-hour intensive in 2017, Dora continued their studies in India and pursued restorative yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Osteothai bodywork.
In 2021, Dora completed a 400-hour advanced teacher training in Brahmani Yoga and, in 2023, a Sacred Dance Teacher Training in Sweden. They also bring in elements of dance therapy, conscious movement, and somatic strength. Their teaching weaves together creative expression, therapeutic movement, and embodied awareness.
Sanella Dupcevic
Sanella has been teaching yoga since 2017. Her journey began with a personal need for physical and emotional balance, which led her to train at Now Yoga Academy (Germany) and Yoga 4 Me (Switzerland) for her 200-hour certification, followed by a 300-hour advanced training in Bali at Intuitive Flow.
Her additional training includes yoga therapy, Yoga Pranala, pregnancy and postpartum yoga, restorative yoga, adjustments, mantra, and marmatherapy. She also integrates tools from her background in dance and women’s health, including pelvic floor training and TRX mobility. Sanella is the founder of Sana Yoga in Schönenberg and teaches with a focus on sustainability, adaptability, and care.

She has formal vocal training, experience as a stage performer, and is self-taught in guitar and harmonium. Her musical journey is rooted in personal transformation and emotional healing.
Her yoga-related offerings center around mantra, sacred songs, and the meditative aspects of voice. Glenda has studied in India and explored sound healing, shamanic traditions, and intuitive practices. Her sessions support heart-opening, presence, and authentic expression through music and sound.
