200H Yoga Teacher Training
Step into the light.
Enrich your practice and life.
November 2025 - June 2026

Sometimes, a yoga class can feel magical—it touches something deep inside you. But it’s not magic. It’s the result of skill, practice, and knowledge. Yoga becomes powerful when effort meets ease, and discipline is guided by trust and devotion. It’s not just what we do—it's how we do it, with breath, movement, and presence.

This yoga training is for anyone who wants to go deeper into yoga—whether you feel called to share it with others as a teacher, or you simply wish to deepen your personal practice, grow inwardly, and connect more fully with yourself and your life. Or both.
This training takes you beyond just doing yoga poses. We will explore the deeper parts of yoga—like breathing (pranayama), meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and alignment. You will learn tools to strengthen your own practice and learn how to teach and share with others.
Yoga is not only for the body—it is also for the mind and heart. It can help you find more balance, energy, and peace in your everyday life. Through this journey, you will discover more about who you are and how to live with more clarity and purpose.
Two important parts of this training are Tapas (the effort and discipline needed for growth) and Svadhyaya (self-study—learning more about yourself). We will explore these every day by committing to our practice and also by looking inward to better understand our thoughts, emotions, and habits.
This process might not always feel easy or comfortable—sometimes growth asks us to face parts of ourselves we usually avoid. But every step you take will be meaningful. And I promise, it will be worth it.
We will also grow qualities like patience, kindness, and humility. These are important in yoga, and they are also helpful in life. They help us stay calm, strong, and connected to others and to ourselves.
Whether you dream of becoming a yoga teacher or simply want to live more fully and deeply, this training is here to support you. It will help you live your yoga from the inside out.
In love and faith,
Hanne
