Journey to Headstand
Learn to balance upside down safely, step by step.
Headstand (Salamba Shirshasana) is often called the king of asanas. This powerful inversion helps you shift perspective, build confidence, and develop inner strength.
In this program, you’ll be guided step by step toward a safe and stable headstand practice, starting with the foundation.
We begin by building strength and awareness in the arms, shoulders, and core. From there, you’ll develop the control, alignment, and understanding needed to approach the pose safely and confidently.
You will also learn how to enter headstand with control, how to protect your neck and shoulders, and why jumping into the pose is avoided in favor of a slow, strength-based approach.
Move through the practice at your own pace and build your headstand step by step.
