My name is Bella Groff. I'm a British Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Mindfulness teacher. In my work supporting adults overcome depression, anxiety and stress I encourage a lot of Mindfulness and journalling practises. By paying more attention by sitting with our minds and writing down our thoughts we create powerful ways of connecting to ourselves and increasing self awareness. In this opening up we can develop a different relationship towards our thoughts and nurture a new way of being. So please come and join me in this soft calm space that helps you return to yourself and be still.

Bella lives with her family in Winterthur since 2013.
